Becoming part of the Coffee Experts Global Club is a simple and smooth process. We’ve designed it to be fast, clear, and easy to follow so you can focus on what really matters — your coffee story.
Step 1: Submit your application
First, you simply fill out the application form on our website and send it to us for review.
You can access the form directly through this link.
This is your chance to introduce your coffee shop or barista profile and share what makes you unique.
Step 2: We review your application
Once we receive your submission, our team carefully reviews it within 2–3 business days.
We take a close look at your information to understand your concept, identity, and fit within the Coffee Experts Global Club community.
After the review, we get back to you with our feedback and next steps.
Step 3: If your application is approved
If your application is successful, we will contact you with confirmation and the details to proceed.
3.1 Invoice issuance
We will issue an invoice for payment via bank transfer in EUR or USD.
The fee depends on the membership plan you choose, so you can select the level that best fits your goals and visibility needs.
3.2 Payment confirmation
After payment, you simply send us a confirmation (such as a bank receipt, statement, or similar proof) via email.
3.3 Becoming a member
Once we receive your payment, your profile will be added to the Coffee Experts Global Club within up to 5 business days.
We will notify you as soon as everything is live.
From that moment, you become part of our global coffee community.
Step 4: If your application is not approved
If your application is not successful at this time, we will inform you and briefly explain the reason.
We truly value every application, and even if it’s not a match right now, you are always welcome to apply again in the future as your coffee journey grows.
